I just want to say Dr. Miller and his nurses at lake regional clinic in Lebanon are the absolute best. He was recommended to us and that was the best recommendation we could have ever got. Every time she has a check up he is so tuned in and always asking us if there’s any questions we have and giving us any advice and is so helpful. He has always told me if she was sick to call to bring her there instead of taking her to the ER or urgent care to be exposed to everything. Yesterday I called because she had a 103 fever and was NOT feeling good. They usually close up and see their last patient at 4. I had to leave work and go get Maliya (an hour away) and they stayed for us to get there at 440. We were there until 6pm and they stayed just to make sure my daughter was okay and taken care of. I can’t even express how much we appreciate that. I work in healthcare so I totally understand as much as you may love it some days others you are so ready to be able to go home when it’s your time to be off, they didn’t have to stay there. They could’ve sent us off to urgent care or wherever else but they didn’t. I just want them to receive the praise they deserve ?
Receptionist Araceli was amazing. She helped my mom communicate between Dr. T and myself. She went above and beyond her job duties to help my mom figure out what was wrong with her. Thank you
I love this place.My family has switched to Lake Regional as well.I can truly say this is the best medical facility I have ever been to.The Doctors are very caring and professional.
