The Sound Sanctuary is a wonderful space to find peace and healing. I went in tonight for a Shamanic Cacao Ceremony. I HIGHLY recommend you attend a session! It was a very special and enlightening meditation that has me feeling aligned and ready. I'll certainly be back for more! Today I had a session and it was wonderful! The Sound Sanctuary is clean, relaxing & peaceful. The location is beautiful overlooking the Lake Saint Louis waterfront. Sara and Sandy are professional, kind & accommodating. The vibe was so great and I will definitely recommend this self care experience with friends and family!
Highly recommend! The space is so clean and relaxing and the view of the lake is so peaceful! I love to lay on the bio mat to help reduce inflammation. I’ve also gotten a sonic massage by Sandy to help calm my sciatic nerve which was so helpful! I will be making regular visits to The Sound Sanctuary!
