DA is awesome! I gave her a grizzly beard and crazy hair to work with and she did not disappoint. extremely friendly professionals here. If you are like me and have anxiety over someone coming close to the beard with scissors and have trust issues about a good trim, this place will have you relaxing and enjoying the vibe while they take extremely good care of your man mane! Definitely worth the time and trust. 100% recommend!

I have mixed feelings about my experience here.It's a cool shop in a cool location, I love the cigar smell and the atmosphere. But the service I received fell short of my expectations.I booked online a reservation for a "master barber." I guess the term "master" is subjective, but personally that term has certain implications as to what I can expect.When I arrived, I realized my barber was quite young. He was polite and professional, however it came up in conversation that he has only been a barber for a couple years. This certainly does not seem to align with the "master" title - I felt it quite disingenuous to sell services like this.Ultimately, I am not happy with my cut. I have had worse, but I definitely expected something a lot more in terms of style and execution. Also, the online booking system said a shampoo and hot towel included, however neither was offered and also no styling product. I never once felt like I was receiving services from a barbering "master."There are a lot of barbers in the city, and so I can't say that I'll be back any time soon nor would I suggest this place to anyone else. Live and learn.

I only gave 5 ⭐️ because there was no option for 6+. I’m not sure how high the number would have to go before I’d stop giving them more stars. This place should be the model for all barbershops globally imo.

Fun! My wife got me this experience for a Christmas gift. We got there early. Hung out in the cigar and whiskey lounge upstairs. Then, we went down to the main floor to have my hair and beard trimmed. Martin did a great job and was a lot of fun.

Don't understand how this place has 4.8 stars. Paid $163 with tip and was left with cuts and razor burns all over my face & neck the day before we're supposed to get family photos taken. This "barber" pedro is a joke. Twitchy little dude that doesn't know how to give a shave. Cares more about filming you for instagram than your actual haircut."BeArD rEjUvInAtIoN"? What a joke. Asked for a trim & lineup for it and this dude cut off 3 months of growth and STILL left it uneven af. A wash is supposed to be included with the cut, didn't get it. "bar service" is supposed to be included with the beard package, didn't get that either. Total waste of my time money.Save your money, avoid this place at all costs. This review probably ends up getting deleted or responded to by the owner with a copy paste "we're sorry".

Very cool atmosphere! Outstanding shave experience! I recommend Pedro!! Nice and relaxing cigar lounge. Looking forward to summer when thier patios are open!
