We stopped by the northland Weber Flooring location when we were finally in the market for doing something with the floor situation in our home. Upon entering, we were met by George Walker, who listened to what we were considering. We told him our budget amount and he worked with us to give us option ideas. Once we decided on "the one," he helped show us materials (carpet & vinyl planking) that would fit that plan. George even let us take the large sample pieces of the carpet and the vinyl planking home to lay beside furniture and walls to see how they would look. It gave us the opportunity to share our selections with our family. Mr. Walker scheduled the installation for a future date that worked with our timeline. He checked with us several times during the installation, and after to make sure all was going satisfactorily. When we had a couple of issues after the installation, he arranged for a service technician to come take care of those items. We couldn't have asked for better guidance thru our whole flooring adventure! We will heartily recommend Weber Flooring/George Walker to be the one to guide you thru your flooring needs!
I was quite pleased with the product, stock and cost at the 135th St. Store. Tracie B. provided excellent service, was knowledgeable and very helpful with my purchase. She made my experience easy and I had my carpet in a very timely manner. Thank you!
