We are so happy we used Flooring Direct of KC! We had a small project, and we were treated like we had a large project. My husband and I felt valued as we were trying to navigate a redo of a project gone wrong by another contractor. Mitch guided us through the world of tile and connected us with a great installer. We cannot say enough positive words about the customer service, installation process, and products offered.

We chose Flooring Direct of KC because we wanted to go with a local company. We are SO glad we did!!! Wonderful experience from the moment I walked in! The team was so helpful and such a great selection of flooring to choose from. We were getting new flooring for nearly the entire house and doing it on a tight time frame. Ryan was so efficient getting the rooms measured, flooring ordered and then the crews scheduled. The house looks beautiful!! If you are needing new flooring I highly recommend going to see Ryan and his team at Flooring Direct of KC….they will take good care of you!!!
