Kevin and Bethany are wonderful people! Kevin fixed my son's cracked S21 screen. He was so quick got it done that day even when they were suppsoed to be closed. They also fixed our gaming PC. Their prices are affordable and the service was amazing! Defintely would be coming back and HIGHLY recommend!!!

Mr Kevin was a TREMENDOUS help today with some software issues !?! Last time he fixed my CRACKED phone that was almost dead. This time he fixed my tech issues that was almost dead too!! he took the time to step away from his busy repairs to help a Denzel in Distress??... THANK YOU Mr Kevin...And shared his fun cat photos with me because i was so excited to see the cat tree! this is my FAV GO TO PLACE ??? t-mobile referred meeee?

We had been to a couple of phone places and the people that worked at those businesses had no interest in helping us. However the last one handed us a card to TXK in Gladstone and once we walked in & she (Bethany I belive is her name) started asking us questions, my hope began to return! She worked hard & kept me in the loop of what she was doing and genuinely cared that I was from out of state & needed to get my phone fixed ASAP! Unfortunately after doing absolutely everything, my phone was beyond saving. But I was extremely grateful for everything she did & for trying everything she could to help!!
