I love going to TLY! It’s the best start to my Saturdays - specifically a Hatha class with Sedona! Sedona is a phenomenal teacher. I’m always impressed by how smooth her pose transitions are! She starts her Hatha class slow and calm, slowly ramping up bit by bit, then slowing back down at the end. Even though I leave the class drenched in sweat, I still feel refreshed afterwards. The community of people that TLY attracts is also amazing. I love seeing familiar friendly faces that I’ve seen in previous classes. They greet me with a smile every time ! Can't say enough good things about True Love Yoga! This studio is truly focused on yoga for every ability level, including anyone with physical limitations. Every teacher I've practiced with has been excellent. And all of this is in addition to the pricing model, which creates even more accessibility for the studio.
