This isn't just a yoga studio - it's a home for so many. Never has a place worked so hard to be genuine and inclusive for it's community! The teachers here are SO knowledgeable and they approach classes in a way that is safe, trauma aware and culturally sensitive, among other things. I love this studio so much that I enrolled in the Teacher Training Program, and it's been SUCH a great decision for me. If you feel like you don't fit in at other studios, give TLY a try, I think you'll find that you are embraced and celebrated just the way you are!

Lovely, intimate studio. I visited from out of state and took a Saturday morning class with 6 other students. The practice was challenging in all the right ways, the flow was great. There are supplies to borrow if you're in need. Overall, a great experience.
