We came in today for the first time for our frenchie's second birthday, and it certainly will not be the last! The staff was so friendly and helpful that even my 14 year old daughter commented on how nice they were. They had so many goodies for the birthday boy to choose from, and he has very much enjoyed everything he has tried so far.

This was our 16 week old puppy’s first grooming appointment and she gets really squirrelly around new people. We were afraid they wouldn’t be able to accomplish anything, but they did a great job. You can tell they really care about what they do.

I brought my golden retriever in to see Kersten and was honestly blown away by the results. My dog came back looking fantastic, but more importantly, it was clear she had been treated with real patience and attention the whole time. That peace of mind means a lot.
What really stood out, though, was how much time Kersten took to walk me through how to properly care for my dog’s coat between visits. I left feeling way more confident about keeping her comfortable and healthy at home, not just relying on the next appointment.
