This is the only dog store I will shop at because it's small enough to where the employees are friendly. They always greet my dog and pet her. There's free samples of their treats, which my dog loves. The whole place has healthy and safe items for dogs, which is what mine needs. Sometimes they have really good sales as well. The employees at other dog stores just ignore us, so it's not a special experience for us. So I keep coming back here to get my dog her treats and birthday gifts. I recommend this place.

The private room was meticulously cleaned. Private room!! The staff was cheerful, helpful, and flexible, and genuinely attentive to me and Dakota. Having all products there including treats was incredibly convenient too because I didn’t have to lug a bunch of stuff in. Finally, the smell of bakery treats wafting through the air really elevates the atmosphere. Dakota loved his spa day-thank you @treatsunleashed!

I live close and walk my little (60lb, 5yr rescue) ‘nervous Nellie’ over to get treats and see the employees every couple weeks. They’ve always recognized her timid personality and act accordingly by gently offering treats to her without pressure. She usually perks up pretty quickly with yummy treats. The dogwash is great and always cleaned before use. I recommend reserving a time online or calling ahead for self wash. I’ve done a couple nail trims with April (groomer) who is experienced and is able to do Nellie’s nails quickly.
