i cannot recommend Town & Country Carpet Cleaning enough. the five stars i gave is because you get excellent customer service and a top-notch carpet cleaning for a great price. barry was courteous, on time, and clearly knew a lot about carpet stains. i had a situation where my kids spilled chocolate milk on the carpet while visiting my aunt in kansas city. i tried to clean it myself, but the stain stuck around and the carpet smelled really bad. after checking out reviews, i decided to call for help, and barry went above and beyond my expectations. now the carpet looks brand new and you’d never guess there was ever a spill there—just shows how much skill and know-how barry has. if you want your carpets cleaned right, at a fair price, by someone who is friendly and professional, definitely call them!

we called town & country carpet cleaning to clean our indoor/outdoor carpet on the front porch. barry came out with different cleaning options and was very friendly and helpful. he answered all our questions and knew a lot about the best way to get our carpet looking fresh again. the cleaning was done just a couple days after his visit, which was faster than we expected. nathaniel did a fantastic job on a super hot day—he moved all our heavy porch furniture, vacuumed, and made sure everything was spotless before starting. he worked in several steps, using the right cleaning products and special fans to dry the carpet. when he was done, he put all the furniture back in place. nathaniel was so polite and hardworking the whole time. the carpet looks great and really brightens up our old porch. i would definitely recommend them for carpet cleaning. he even helped by bringing up my garbage can!
