My third job and Totta has done first rate work each time. I’ve worked with several crews and individuals. I think the Comoany has a great skill identifying competent and very responsible employees. In this case I worked (after proposal was accepted) with Damian. He explained everything we asked about, worked efficiently and took it upon himself to come in on a Saturday morning to do a last step on the job then rather than wait until the Tuesday after Memorial Day, which we highly appreciated. In the end the color and finish perfectly matched the previous work Totta had done in our home .

We got our handrail and balusters replaced. With some tricky carpet to workaround. I am so thrilled with the results and the process was so good. David was kind, so skilled and made everything beautiful. And he was so neat. And definitely trusted him to be working when we weren’t home. Highly highly recommend.

Replaced my worn out and dirty carpet with wood flooring in my living room and hallway. Process took 5 days between tearing out the old carpet and getting the new wood floor in place, sanded, and finished. The finish took another week to cure before I could bring the pets home to get on it.
Employees did a great job of answering all my questions, my home didn't have any wood flooring so I was uncertain about a lot of things. Very pleased with the experience and advice of the installers.
I want to be sure to call out them doing some extra work to save me a lot of trouble. The work initially was going to overflow the first week... read full review
