I am extremely disappointed with the lack of Communication. I have tried calling and messaging multiple times with updates and a timeframe for my upcoming hair appointment for my wedding in three months. I have not heard back once. If a Salon can’t be bothered to respond to a currently booked client, it really reflects poor professionalism. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Estienne is one of the few people I’ve come across that can tame my feral waves and curls. I’ve been going to him exclusively for years. He really works wonders with curly hair and I’ve seen him do some pretty incredible color work (albeit I’ve only gotten temporary on my hair). His style is laid-back and judgement free. I would happily recommend him to a friend.

Lotus was fantastic. I went in for a consultation and a loose idea of what I wanted to get the ball rolling. I threw ideas at them between the consultation and the day of my appointment and to give them a better idea and slightly pivot from what I originally had thought. Lotus was able to execute what I had saw in my head as far as color and style. I felt comfortable the entire time I was there. 10/10, would recommend.

I reached out wanting to get my hair done. I was very particular in my request. I was informed my owner she was confident it would be done correctly.
Requested style: I posted pictures of what I asked for, and what I got it's not even close. The hair isn't even cut the same on both sides of my face. Don't recommend this place.
Specialties: It was very detailed on what I wanted and was informed that the owner would be there the entire time. That didn't happen she left. My hair wasn't done as requested, my hair apt was at 1 pm and at 8 pm I was leaving. The entire experience was a nightmare.

Specialties: I had my hair bleached, highlighted and toned so It was a lengthy process but nothing I didn’t already expect due to what we needed to do to get it where I wanted! So appreciated and many compliments on the finished look!
Stylist: I reached out to Amy on Facebook for the site after looking at hair pics they have done and she recommended some options we could do and i was very pleased with her work and I love supporting small businesses which she owns! Thanking her some much for making me happy and satisfied with my hair care
