Val goes out of her way to mark sure all your questions are answered, and provides really thorough, detailed coaching. She works with you to address your concerns rather than just telling you what to do. The tools and exercises that I was provided with to help me navigate through everyday life scenarios were immeasurable and really helped me in renewing my mindset. I am more cognizant about my own behaviors now, and I have been able to change not only how I do things, but how I view things as well.
