After experiencing the devastating tornado that impacted my family, we found ourselves in urgent need of a company that could help us quickly and professionally pack out and store our belongings. While other companies in the area were either quoting exorbitant prices or ultimately deciding they could not help, Steamatic stepped up when we needed them most.
From the very beginning, the Steamatic team demonstrated compassion, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to helping our family through an incredibly difficult situation. They carefully packed, transported, and stored our belongings, treating everything with care and respect. When our items were returned, virtually everything was accounted for and in excellent condition.
There was one item that was damaged during the process, but what truly impressed me was how Steamatic handled it. Rather than making excuses, they immediately took responsibility and went above and beyond to make things right by providing another service they offer as compensation. That level of customer service and integrity is rare today.
I would especially like to recognize Jennifer Gonzalez. Jennifer was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process. Her communication was exceptional, and she consistently found solutions to unexpected challenges. For example, when the pod company failed to arrive correctly and did not bring the proper number of pods, Jennifer worked through the obstacles, coordinated the necessary resources, and ensured the job was completed successfully. She never let problems become excuses.
During one of the most stressful times our family has ever faced, Steamatic provided peace of mind, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did for us. If you ever need pack-out services, air duct cleaning, or restoration assistance, I highly recommend Steamatic. I highly recommend Steamatic! They took care of a water leak that went all over our carpet. Their communication was great and professionalism was great. We will have them back to clean regularly.
They also helped with a rental property that had a flooded basement after a huge storm. They did all of the mitigation and were great.
