My stylist, Darcy, always provides an exemplary experience. I highly suggest her. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my haircutting needs. The store as a whole is always welcoming, pleasant, professional and very clean.

Tamira did a great job! First time going to this sports clips and she was very welcoming and easy to talk with while getting my hair cut unlike most awkward appointments! Will definitely have her cut my hair again

Went in today was on app, when arriving we were third in line. Weekend before school an we have 1 stylist working for the first 3 hours first of all doesn’t make sense but anyways, their was someone in the a father son there waiting both getting hair cut, us an someone arrived after us. The list: The Dad Me (my son) Another guy The Son They call the dad an he says I can swap with my son so he can go first, so they stylist goes to computer takes the son who is last and now off the list and now it looks like The dad The other guy came after us Me (my son) Now the wait is like 30 min when before when we arrived was only 20 min. I get up to look the lady asks me if I am the 2 person in line who is now ahead of us, I said no but we went from being next to now 3rd. The lady was like no ur still next I said um no look at ur list u know moved ur to last, I just grabbed my son a left. One you are so unprepared for the weekend before school and 2 you messed up. This is what I get for trying to come to a chain place terrible service all around ,

The services are great...especially the hot towel. However...it's my stylist that makes it amazing. Mariah W is possibly one of the best stylists I've had in my life!! Always just knows what to do...with little to no tweaks needed at the end! (And I'm picky). SHE is the reason I keep coming back!!

Mariah is the best! She delivers a consistent haircut every time. She is kind and attentive. I never feel like she is rushing the process. You can tell she takes pride in her work and the running of the shop.

Absolutely the worst hair cut I’ve ever received. It’s lopsided and I can’t even hair spray it to lay correctly. Good thing I don’t mind buzz cutting my hair.
Here’s a tip - STOP ASKING THE CLIENT IF IT LOOKS RIGHT!!! You’re looking at the same thing, only you have a 360 degree view. I’m a contractor and I don’t ask my customer “Does it look right”!
I could go on and on. But, in short STAY AWAY FTOM HRRE!!!
