I’m not sure what the one star reviews are for because I have never had any issues receiving medication or having records sent. In fact, Spira Care has given me the most pleasant doctor experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve never had a wait and the staff is always very pleasant. They were able to get me in the next day when I had an issue crop up. I also love their online system, my doctor was able to do an easy diagnosis and send me a prescription via their online service within 24 hours of me sending in a message. Saved me a trip and time off work! Overall really enjoy this practice
Cannot recommend Spira Care and the Crossroads location enough. It’d been years since id been to the doctor for various reasons, so I was nervous about going again. Immediately the receptionist was SO kind and helpful, and the office was bright, comfortable, and inviting. I was seen almost right away, the nurse was very friendly and helpful with my questions, and my doctor was even more so. Even when she noticed things she was concerned about, she was so calm and clear about everything that I was kept at ease about everything. I had a wonderful first experience at Spira Care. The facility is clean and modern and comfortable. The staff were above and beyond friendly, attentive, and caring during my visit. I saw Dana Selner and she was kind and efficient. This was also the fastest exam I’ve experienced, no waiting or spending hours in the office. So thankful for a good first experience and will be visiting again!
