Customer service has been slow to respond and has promised to resolve concerns, but has not followed through. It has been over a month since I requested a refund for a significant overpayment, and it still hasn't been processed. I am very worried about the company's credibility, as they refuse to refund my money despite our agreement confirming that I was entitled to it.

My interviewer was 30 minutes late calling me for my interview just to tell me the position I applied for is filled and all they have open is a position that is $8 less than what I applied for. This isn't the first or even second time either, it's always the bait and switch. Bait you with a high $$, then tell you it's been filled and offer you something for way less. I'll never apply to Securitas again.

Ian even work here I applied and talk to HR AND SHE WAS RUDE AS THEY COME. No customer service skills at all. Just plain out rude it turned me away. This company needs to do better judging from the reviews. It doesn’t seem like I’m the only one that feels this way
