Mr. Mathews is extremely unorganized and unresponsive. I would not suggest working with him unless this is the way you like to do business. After signing a contract to purchase my distressed home in St. Louis, both he and his title agent (Alpha Title Guaranty) defaulted on it, then asked for one week extension, which I agreed to sign. A few days later, I received a text from the title company saying the contract had been cancelled - no explanation. The day we were supposed to close he called me and claimed to be totally surprised about the cancellation, claims he doesn't know why the title company cancelled. I hate to have to write this review as we have exhausted all other avenues but I just wanted to warn other investors about sales agent Rodkem Matthews who works as an agent for United Real Estate Kansas City. He represented to us that he had a property for sale under contract when he didn't. At the 11th hour and with a 1031 in play the contract couldn't be satisfied. We incurred close to 9k in costs. He signed an addendum acknowledging that he owes that money for the expenses we incurred and has ghosted us. We have hired counsel and will be taking the appropriate legal action to ensure we are made whole on the expenses we incurred. I have also made his broker... read full review

I haven't lived in America for years, I even sent them an email telling them I would leave a bad review if they didn't stop calling me. They have seriously been calling me for years. I'm in the military and have zero use for their services, yet they continue to call me.i wouldn't do business with them, even if I was looking for whatever service they provide.
