After having 6 inches of sewer backup in my basement, the insurance company called Rainbow to assess the situation. Chris came out and gave insurance the amount it would take for them to clean up. Long story short, insurance ended up paying me and telling me to hire our as I pleased so I had three different companies come out and give me a bid and found Rainbow to actually be the cheapest by far. I called Chris back a week or more later and asked if he would still honor that price and he happily came back and told me the things we could do that would save me even more money. After everything, the price was a third of what everyone else wanted, the job was done top notch and I am SOOO happy I decided, even admidst the craziness, to go with them because they did AMAZING!

Brendon and Ricky were amazing. My apartment flooded and Ricky came out at 10pm to get all of the water out of both mine and my neighbors apartments. He was there the next day to keep working on making sure as little damage was done as possible and both him and Brendon took great care in my personal belongings making sure not to wreck my place when they had to move all my furniture and things to get the carpet dry. 100/10

Super happy with the Rainbow team! Very responsive, easy to schedule, arrived on time, delivered on everything we asked. We had some roof leakage in in July after the big rain storm. Ruined our ceiling in our great room, actually turned into mold. Chris and team came out, assessed the situation, put a plan together to clean it up and put our home back together. They worked closely with our insurance claim team making the project pretty seamless to us. Highly recommend.

This company came to our apartment complex and had zero testers and claimed the “didn’t see mold”. What’s this then? Also one of their workers recorded my entire apartment and belongings. Super unprofessional.
