I have used R-Mech for 3 different services. The biggest one was a new HVAC system. My 33 yr old AC died 4th of July weekend. I got quotes from 3 other companies then remembered what a great job R-Mech replacing my hot water heater the year before. Their HVAC person was the only one who checked my electric panel to see if it could support the unit I needed. Other companies tried to sell me a much larger system than I needed.R-Mech gave me the option of paying a little extra to have my install done on a Saturday, rather than wait until Monday. While it has been a couple months since I had R-Mech out to the house to service my hot water heater, I haven't forgotten about the great customer service they provided. From the scheduling process to the actual service itself, their service was top notch and their technician was knowledgeable and professional. I'm grateful for the timely repair service they provided and highly recommend them for your plumbing and HVAC maintenance and repair needs.

With the recent merger, I had difficulty scheduling after hours service for plumbing. I called early in the morning to try and get something set up, and was told I would hear back that same day. After not hearing anything for roughly 3 hours, I called back and was told that after hours plumbing is not being offered until further notice. I don't know why I wasn't told that when I first called, because this would have saved a lot of time and hassle for both parties.
Prior to the above scheduling issue, I would have recommended services with R-Mech/Buckner's, because I had previously had good experience with both the scheduling side as well... read full review
