Great experience all around! Needed some varicose vein treatment on a compressed timeline and they made it happen. Quick, easy, painless, and simple procedure. Recovery was staright forward and very quick. They worked seamlessly with Tricare as well.

Premier body & vein is great. The front office and staff are all amazing - and Dr Schwartz is incredibly knowledgeable and does great work. I came here after having a bad experience at another doctor/office and was so happy to have found them. They made the entire experience before, during, and after my procedure as easy as could be. Such a caring staff & personalized attention.

I was embarrassed by my legs, but now I can proudly wear shorts and dresses again. The process was so simple. I had almost no pain, and I was back to my normal routine within a day. Dr. Schwartz was great, He walked me through the whole process, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable. The staff was kind and caring, and took care of all my insurance concerns, even fighting with them when insurance tried to deny it. They kept me informed every step of the way. If you’ve been thinking about getting your veins taken care of, don’t wait like I did.

I had vein surgery two years ago and was left with no feeling in my right foot. The staff also told me that my procedure would be covered by insurance and then billed my insurance AND me for the service. Please read all of his yelp reviews. I believe that he will be out of business soon due to malpractice, but in the meantime, please do not go to this doctor for ANYTHING.

I love Premier Vein and Body. I was looking for someone to do chin lipo on me, and I’m so glad I found them. From booking, to the consult, to the procedure, to post op it has been amazing! Dr. Schwartz explained the procedure well and answered any questions I had, and had great bedside manner. I was comfortable during the procedure, and Stephanie was comforting me the whole time. I am so happy with my results, even better than I thought they would be!

so helpful and friendly every single appointment, and every time i needed to speak with them. i had nothing but an amazing experience with results that far exceeded my expectations. they made me feel comfortable and heard, and were patient with all my questions throughout the entire process.

An expensive lesson…I learned of Premier Vein and Body by Schwartz as they were offering a free consultation for spider veins.When I called to make the appt. (Nov. 1, 2023), they stated to bring my insurance card and shorts for the exam if you did not want to wear their paper shorts. When I arrived at the office, I provided my insurance card and completed the paperwork. I went into my appt. with Dr. Schwartz who reviewed my spider veins by saying this is just cosmetic and he was more concerned with my varicose veins which can have underlying health concerns. I purposely did not sign anything for the ultrasound at this point as I was there for a free consultation. He advised me that since I had varicose veins, that insurance would cover the cost of the ultrasound.Based on his statement of insurance coverage alone, I said OK and to my surprise, he proceeded at this time to conduct the ultrasound himself which was at the time very overwhelming as I was there for the free consultation only. The ultrasound took about 25 minutes and then Dr. Schwartz left the room for me to get dressed and returned about 5min later. When he returned, he proceeded to tell me how the procedure would work and that I would need multiple treatments for each leg. He then followed up with a pricing discussion where he slid into the conversation to my surprise that he is an “Out of Network” Provider which was OK and that I just need to meet my out of network deductible and then I could use him. Before my conversation with the doctor took place, he or someone from his staff should have notified me that my insurance was not accepted by his office before conducting any exams as his staff knew from the time I walked in for my free consultation which insurance I carried.Following the exam while at the front desk, they requested me to sign authorization for the ultrasound which I should not have done knowing that my insurance was not accepted but they continued to push for scheduling a procedure date as well as buy their compression socks which I was told I needed for insurance purposes. I told them that I would not be purchasing the compression socks or scheduling with an out of network doctor. I was literally feeling sick due to feeling misled and the cost of the ultrasound to come and that I would call the office later.Once home, I called the office and told them how I felt about my experience with them which was unprofessional, unethical, and misleading. I was very emotional knowing that my insurance was not going to cover the cost and that I would be fully responsible. I then stated that if you are billing me, please send me a copy of the ultrasound performed where I can hopefully use when seeing an in-network doctor.The office manager then said they would bill me differently as non-insurance so it would be a bit cheaper. However, I feel like my experience was a bit of “bait and switch”. We are now 3+ months later where I just received my bill but not the requested ultrasound information. Since this has taken so long, I truly thought they rethought this unfortunate experience but that is not the case.Although I have great insurance, my lesson learned is to do my own research by reviewing customer experiences and get in writing insurance coverage ahead of time.* Update: I finally received a copy of the ultrasound transcript, (February,14th 2024), unfortunately this came too late and can not be used.

I came to Premier Vein & Body for miradry procedure. I can say Dr. Schwartz was amazing. However, I didn't have a very good experience during the procedure. Lindsay who was my tech didn't listen to my concerns. During the miradry procedure, my armpit was hurting so bad and I informed her..she didn't do anything about it and she continued with the miradry. One time I screamed so loud because of the pain and the receptionist happened to come in and checked what was going on. She informed the doctor and he came in and intervened. Dr. Schwartz asked Lindsay why she was treating that part of the armpit, she lied that the handpiece slipped, which was not the case. Overall, the Dr was helpful but would not have Lindsay work on me again.
