I am just like everybody else reviewing this company. They closed my location in the middle of treatment in NOVEMBER and it is now MARCH and I still do not have my money back. Every single one of you who had this happen to them needs to fill out a consumer fraud report and turn it in to your counties District Attorney. They are currently under investigation by Michigan's DA as well as the Johnson County DA, courtesy of my complaint. I worked with Michigan's better business bureau until they sent me to the DA because it was eventually out of their control. They have two weeks left to acknowledge my DAs written request or we move forward with more legal action. I'm SO sorry...read full review

Do Not Purchase a Contract Here!!! I was a client for 3 treatments (paid for 12) and then got a text saying they were permanently closing the office and that I would be contacted for my refund of unused treatments. I have not been contacted and when I call the 800 number I get the run around of how they will get back to me but never do. Now I see I'm going to have to fight to get my money back! I'm so disappointed that people really do business like this. :( Save your money and do not go to any open location they have!!!

I only received 3 treatments out of 6. I received an email today that they've been permanently closed down. I drove by to see and saw this on the door. I want my money for my treatments I did not receive!
