Planet Fitness on N Chatham Ave in Kansas City is a solid location. While it’s smaller than some other Planet Fitness clubs I’ve visited, it gets the job done. I stopped by while in town and appreciated the easy parking, clean facility, and welcoming atmosphere. The club could benefit from some updates, as portions of the equipment are starting to show their age and the overall space feels due for a refresh. During my visit, one of the toilets in the men’s restroom was out of order, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it’s a good gym for getting in a workout while traveling, and I’d happily return if I’m back in Kansas City.
Bathroom was not clean, trash was full, paper towels dispenser was broken. Usually it's been clean in th past.
staff is very friendly and professional, great conversationalists, and very welcoming. I come here every day and have never had a single issue. Keep it up y’all :)
