There was a lot of info and a lot to learn but the instructor was really patient and helpful. I felt I got a great full body workout and it was fun too- I'm excited to go back!
What can I say about Pilates 1901... a lot! The instructors are amazing!!! My mind ,body and soul has been some amazing and transformational growth these past 2 years with them. The amount of knowledge and training these ladies have is so rewarding. I get so much out of all the classes I take. They are always hands on and make sure your form is correct so you can get the most out of your workouts. I would personally start with private sessions so you can learn the principals and techniques. You will find a friendly and warm up lifting atmosphere and one of the best workouts in town. Try them.
Convenient, cozy, clean location with excellent props, dedicated instructors and friendly members. It's a special club for positive people seeking health and theory-based workouts in a fun environment. Pilates 1901 is my happy place!
