She is not only phenomenal at what she does but also incredibly down-to-earth, making every session enjoyable and motivating.The gym's equipment is top-notch, providing a diverse range of options for all fitness levels. LAF is a fantastic gym with a diverse spread of clean and well-maintained equipment. The owner, Alex, always makes you feel at home when you're there working out, keeping his office door open at all times for feedback, questions, and conversation. The quality of this gym has helped me stick with my routine more consistently, and it's an excellent value overall.
Excellent gym. Open 24 hours a day. A perfect option if you are looking for a more private and positive work out environment in the Brookside/Waldo/Plaza area. Equipment is new and in good condition. I highly recommend this gym
