Recently moved to Waldo and needed to have a 100-year old sugar maple removed from my front yard. I contracted Ofilio Tree and Lawn service to do the job. They arrived on time with 7 trucks and a team of 10+ people. This obviously was not their first rodeo! They had a great team, working together seamlessly and with excellent efficiency! They completed the job, including stump removal and clean up, in 3 hours. Absolutely fabulous work. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ofilio Tree and Lawn Service for your tree maintenance and removal work. Ofilio’s team was professional, friendly and made quick work of our “monster” sized sycamore tree. They also gave us the best price for the job. We were nervous about having such a huge tree removed from our backyard with homes on all sides, but they took their time and cut the tree down using all safety precautions. They even cleaned the area perfectly afterwards. You would never know there was a giant tree in our backyard! We highly recommend them for any work you might need done!

I highly recommend Ofilio Tree Service. They are on time, professional and very efficient! Ofilio is very knowledgeable and explains what should be done with your trees. I signed the invoice and we had agreed on a service date. The morning of the job, I get a text message he is not coming today. I called, tried to understand what is going on and just got random excuses back, like “you didn’t sign the invoice on the line” 🙄 If you have a problem with how I signed the invoice - tell me, I will re-submit. Don’t make up excuses. Don’t just “no show” on the job and delay my entire project without giving me any warning. That’s not how you do business.

These people are fair, honest, friendly, efficient, and honest. The communication that I had with them prior to the project was excellent. I enjoyed watching the crew as they seemed happy, laughed with each other, and was so pleasant as they worked. Ofilio, the boss and owner of the company, was awesome to the crew of 10 men and one woman that arrived here this morning. He got right in and helped them do the dirty work when he could’ve literally set back and just told them what to do! Two trees were removed, and three stumps were ground from my property. One tree was removed from my neighbors property and another trimmed. They cleaned up immaculately, and it appeared as if they had never been here. Their professionalism was top-notch. Their equipment was unbelievable. A stump grinder, a giant chipper, a huge truck with huge jaws that went down and picked up the logs to dispose of them, and two buckets that rose in the air to do the work. One tree in particular had a lot of powerlines, Internet, lines, etc., going through it and it was no problem for them I highly recommend them to anyone, and I am thrilled that there is such a company that exist in Kansas City. Thank you, Ofilio TreeService!!!! May your company continue to thrive!

Called Ofilio to ask for a quote. Ofilio referred me to a Virgina. Called Virgina and Virginia asked how I learned about Ofilio Tree. I stated I was searching online for Tree Cutting Services with competitive pricing. Virginia immediately states that they are insured and if you are seeking cheap prices for non insured providers or on a budget to seek elsewhere.... wow! I never said I was on a budget only that i was seeking fair pricing. The immediate dismissal because I'm seeking more than one quote was really off putting. Maybe Ofilio has the most competitive pricing, I don't know, and cannot know until a quote is provided. I'm not sure why Virgina feels the need to immediately shut doors on clients before even providing a quote?
Virginia stated she would call me back... but I doubt she will.
