I had a personal issue come up while there. He was so patient with me as I was trying to resolve it. He was very attentive and caring towards the situation. He checked on me several times after he was done and allowed me to finish what I needed on the phone to resolve the situation. He brought me water & provided me with a pen & paper so I could write something down. It meant so much! I 💯 will be coming back to see him! I was hoping to say goodbye but he was busy. I’ve been going to nail society since they opened. Every nail tech I’ve had did an incredible job on my nails. The vibe of the salon is perfect, from the “you can’t sit with us” sign that glows above the pedicure chairs, to the leaf wall that’s an Instagram worthy background to show off your new nails with.
Came here as a walking bc it was close to the college when I got out of class on a Thursday between 1 &2 pm. Ann did my fill and she was so good! I had been unhappy with where I had been going and ha I g trouble getting the color I wanted. But Ann dialed it in! So in love!
