The knowledge and experience cannot be outdone. Dr. Jensen has helped me overcome my pain and discomfort by precisely targeting my issues. The quality of care is top notch. I referred a friend and she is so grateful to have found him also.
I have been coping with a painful right hip/hamstring for over 12 months, blaming in mostly on overworking it. Finally I gave in and went to see my Orthopedic physician who referred me to PT. This it not a knock on PT but in my case it didn't provide me with any relief. After failing on that I decided to try Chiropractic Medicine and found Method Chiropractic/Kyle Jensen online. After my first visit I knew I had come to the right place. Kyle explained everything about the hip/hamstring area to me to help me understand the area of focus. When I first went here two or three weeks ago I could barely move my neck. I had severe pain and worse than ever before. My last chiropractor retired but I was referred to Method Chiropractic by a friend. I have to say the treatments I received were the best ever and now I'm back to normal, no further treatment required until something happens again.
In addition to the excellent treatment program, Dr. Jensen also gave me exercises as well as a personal link and password to the website where I could watch videos of the program selected for me. The exercises help a lot and I should be able to keep my range of flexibility.
