Their firm was really one of the worst. No follow through and didn't perform anywhere close to expected or even as contracted. Scott is a really nice person, however the professional performance was awful and hurt us. Our experience has been when other CPAs lost staff, that CPA would always step in and cover, or at least guide other employees to get work done. That did not happen. Very bad experience.
