Arrived on 12/6 for a couples massage. We had been there a couple of times in the past, it had been several years since we had been in. I booked a 60 min couples massage. I was told the price was $159.98. We received a massage that amounted to about 45-50 minutes. That was a little disappointing. When I went to pay we were charged twice for the $159.98 plus a $32.00 tip. These were on two seperate transactions. I didn't notice it until I was looking at my credit card purchases. I thought there was a mistake. I called to let them know of the mistake. I was told the pricing I was given was wrong. I was given member pricing. I was never spoken to about any type of membership any time I have been there. Deceitful business practices! They made no effort in resolving this issue. I was still not told about any membership benefits or costs. I paid $383.00 for a couples massage. That is absurd!

Booked an appointment for my birthday and planned my day around it, only to get a call as I'm pulling in the parking lot informing me that the masseuse was going to be an hour late. Won't be giving them another chance.

I was feeling a lot of tension in my upper back, shoulders, and neck. Kimberly was very attentive and worked her magic. Overall, it was an excellent experience. Word of advice: don't skip the head massageβwow!

Whatever you do, do not sign up for a membership! I signed up, but when I tried to cancel, the cancellation never went through. So I was still paying. I called and they refunded a portion, at which point they told me I could use the βcreditsβ I had already paid for. Unbeknownst to me, when I went in to use my βcreditsβ, my membership was reactivated and I continued paying. I was never told I had to be a member to continue using my credits.
By the time I realized they were still charging me, I had paid several hundred dollars. But I couldnβt get a refund because I had been coming in. I felt like I got completely screwed. If management would have given me even a partial refund, I would have been happy.
Stay away.

I have a membership with massage heights and have had nothing but problems at the Tiffany Springs location. Their manager is unwilling to call you back and speak with you. She gets the receptionists to relay the messages. The turnover with therapists is very high. So if you find someone you really like they will likely just disappear . I have switched to the Shoal Creek location and have had a wonderful experience. My 18 year old daughter booked a massage at Tiffany Springs location by mistake instead of Shoal Creek. I was buying her a 90 minute massage for her birthday. She booked a firm massage. She was with the therapist Stephanie and several times she asked for a deeper pressure to the point where she just stopped asking. She could not wait to just leave. Stephanie made her feel very uncomfortable. Being younger she is still learning to stand up for herself. We voiced are concerns with Kim the head therapist and the manager and absolutely nothing was done about it. Stephanie blamed my daughter and said there was nothing wrong with the massage. Beware of this massage location.
