Nicole (my therapist) is amazing, the space is lovely, and the staff are excellent. Parking can be a challenge, but that’s Brookside.

I visited this massage place once before and had a good experience, which is why I decided to book with them again. Unfortunately, the second experience was completely unprofessional. My appointment was rescheduled by them. They asked me to come at 2:00 PM instead of my original 2:40 PM. I was almost there when they told me they thought I had canceled. They then rescheduled me again for another date, but I couldn’t make it due to personal reasons. I was charged $50 on top of the original $120, totaling $170 for a service I never received. This appointment was supposed to be my birthday massage back in December, and now it’s January and I still have not received my refund. It has been over two weeks since my boyfriend and I filed a dispute, and I have yet to see my money returned. That is a large amount of money to take from someone for absolutely no service and poor communication. I worked hard for that money. After multiple reschedules, confusion on their end, and refusal to work with me as a customer, I was left extremely disappointed. I never received the massage and never received my $170 back. This business feels dishonest and money-hungry, and I would not recommend them. I’m very sad I looked forward to that massage!

Nicole is fantastic! She is very trauma-informed and good about getting consent, naming what she is doing before adding hot stones, and towels. I’ve recommend her to friends and family. I’m so grateful I have found her.

I had a fabulous massage from Nicole D. and it won’t be my last. She used multiple modalities (hot stones, hot towels, manipulation, etc) and was very intuitive as to what my body needed. I highly recommend her.

I’m hesitant to share how wonderful my massage was because I don’t want Nicole’s schedule booking out too far. It was easy, clean, comfortable, but most importantly the massage was amazing. Left feeling new. I’ve had many prenatal massages, this was hands down the best I’ve had. I will definitely be back and highly recommend!
