Great gym. Staff are very friendly and the gym is always clean with pretty new equipment. The 24 hour accessabilty is great for myself who has a busy and fluctuating schedule.

She is not only phenomenal at what she does but also incredibly down-to-earth, making every session enjoyable and motivating.The gym's equipment is top-notch, providing a diverse range of options for all fitness levels. The owner, Alex, deserves special mention for creating such a positive environment. Alex is not only nice but also very attentive to all clients' needs, ensuring everyone feels welcome and supported.Overall, the atmosphere here is fantastic, thanks to Lisa's expertise, the great equipment, and Alex's warm hospitality. I couldn't be happier with my gym experience!

LAF is a fantastic gym with a diverse spread of clean and well-maintained equipment. The owner, Alex, always makes you feel at home when you're there working out, keeping his office door open at all times for feedback, questions, and conversation. The quality of this gym has helped me stick with my routine more consistently, and it's an excellent value overall.

Excellent gym. Open 24 hours a day. A perfect option if you are looking for a more private and positive work out environment in the Brookside/Waldo/Plaza area. Equipment is new and in good condition. I highly recommend this gym

I thoroughly enjoyed the 4 years I spent going to this gym. The only reason I still do not go is that I moved too far away. Alex the owner is great, and his staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. Gym is always open and it great condition.

I really enjoyed my time going to this gym. I can always get a machine if I need it, and it is never too crowded. I have always had positive interactions with staff members. I've lost my key fob a couple of times, and they didn't even charge me to replace it. Overall, awesome gym!
