Excellent care from good people! Dr. LaFerla went above and beyond during my recent bout with iritis. She was even in contact over the weekend checking on me. Staff is exceptional as well, and I really appreciate them working me in to the schedule.

The level of service from start to finish was literally second to none which exceeded my expectations significantly….For starters, they accommodated my busy schedule by modifying theirs in a big way. 2 pairs of glasses ordered before 1200 as a new patient…was something that I would’ve never considered as being a possibility given my initial correspondence with the company occurred an hour and a half -two hours prior to. Well, It did happen and I can’t thank them enough for the excellent experience I had yesterday. Well done!!!

I was very impressed by the thoroughness of the exam and the professionalism of every person involved from the front office, to the supporting team, and especially the doctors. There IS a huge difference between being seen by a professional private practice compared to the corporate chains. I highly recommend this office!

Everyone here is so friendly and pleasant. They do not rush and hurry you which is so refreshing. Its almost like visiting friends...almost except for the paying part. Lovely waiting area is very comfortable.

First time client at the LaFerla Family Eye Clinic. the moment I checked in I was greeted right away with a pleasant smile by the receptionist and she called me by my name and started the process. The technician that helped me was so nice I apologized I forgot his name but he knows what he was doing and he answered every questions that I asked him. I was very pleased!
