I had a hard time finding a company that would tackle a old house with crawl space. King Piers were doing 2 of my neighbor's foundations and asked for a estimate. They gave my house a lot of work for the money. Quality of work was way above what I was expecting. Work crew very professional. After having many companies say not in our wheel house I am thankful finding King Piers!

Jim and Cooper as well as all of their employees were awesome. On the day of the foundation repair, I was amazed that they could pass all of the beams, supplies, debris, etc out of the small egress window in the basement! They went into the basement at the start and did not come out until over 8 hours later, when finished. And, except for some concrete dust on top of stuff, you would never have known they were there! Clean, neat, respectful and efficient both inside and out! Thank you so much!! I will highly recommend you!

Owner drove an hour Christmas eve morning to look at my house. Said I had already fixed the problem and no piers or work was needed. Gave me some pointers on how to make it look better and was gone before I could even grab my wallet for a tip. Very honest company! Thank you.
