Mike and his crew were professional, punctual, and gave me a fair bid for the work. The two technicians that worked on my basement and garage did a fantastic job, I don't think those 100 year old joists and floorboards have ever been cleaner!

We bought a fixer-upper, and discovered quite a bit of black mold under the flooring, and lots of surface mold in the basement. Rebecca got back to us as soon as we reached out, and Mike was at our place the next day. He was very straightforward and honest. Within 48 hours they had someone out at our place getting everything cleaned up. The tech was thorough and polite and did an excellent job. Throughout the whole process communication was amazing. As a whole, this business is impressive and I’m glad they were available to save the day during the stressful time we have been in with this remodel.

We ended up using another company for remediation services, but I have to express my gratitude for KC Mold Guys' professionalism and honesty during the bidding process. Other companies wasted our time and tried to seriously overcharge us --- but Mike was responsive, straightforward, thorough, and respectful. He got us an estimate FAST, and it was comparable to the quote we accepted. We really appreciate businesses like this!
