He went above and beyond over several months to get my new roof fully approved through insurance, and his knowledge of the process was impressive. His strategy, communication, and persistence with the insurance company made all the difference and turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a successful one.

All five of these stars go to John Wright, who is the best sales rep ever. Whenever he told me something, he followed through and kept his word. That is a rare thing these days. He made himself available through text, phone, and email. I applaud his ethics and professionalism.
My roof was installed on time, and I appreciated that. The worst part was the excessive amount of nails all over my yard, which is also where I park. I had to buy a magnet sweeper from Amazon and I spent about 5 hours of my own time over the process of my roof and gutter reinstall pulling that thing around and collecting nails.
