Jayke Maples at JR Co did an outstanding job on my roofing project. He went above and beyond over several months to get my new roof fully approved through insurance, and his knowledge of the process was impressive. His strategy, communication, and persistence with the insurance company made all the difference and turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a successful one.

All five of these stars go to John Wright, who is the best sales rep ever. Whenever he told me something, he followed through and kept his word. That is a rare thing these days. He made himself available through text, phone, and email. I applaud his ethics and professionalism.
My roof was installed on time, and I appreciated that. The worst part was the excessive amount of nails all over my yard, which is also where I park. I had to buy a magnet sweeper from Amazon and I spent about 5 hours of my own time over the process of my roof and gutter reinstall pulling that thing around and collecting nails. I expected less nails and more end-of-day clean-up. Except for the nail issue, anything that went awry was remedied.
But I emphasize, because of John Wright, I had a reliable person whose word I could trust and he's why I chose this company. What an exceptional human and outstanding sales rep John is! I hope JR & Co recognizes and values him for the outstanding professional he is.

Our experience with JR & Co started off very positive but ultimately ended in disappointment.
Our original representative was excellent and very helpful in working with our insurance to get our roof approved. Unfortunately, he quit the very day our roof was installed, and that’s when things began to fall apart.
We were told that everything for our July roof installation would be completed at that time, including a new chimney cover. The roof itself was done decently, but the cleanup was subpar. We found nails in our yard, and more continued to surface for at least a month afterward.
In August, a man randomly showed up in our backyard without any call or notice, saying he was there to measure our chimney. This was the first indication that the chimney work had not been completed as promised. When I called the company for clarification, I was eventually connected with the new rep who took over our account. He acknowledged that they dropped the ball and explained that since the chimney cover was a custom piece, it needed to be re-measured and would take about six weeks to complete.
That was August. It is now JANUARY.
Despite multiple follow-ups, we still do not have a completed chimney installation. To make matters worse, we received a bill in December for a job that is still unfinished. Communication has been extremely lacking throughout this entire process, and even though I email weekly no one from the company has called to provide updates or explain delays.
Overall, we are incredibly disappointed with the lack of communication, incomplete project, and no follow-through. Based on our experience, I would not recommend JR & Co.

Chad Amis and the crew at JR & Company Roofing exceeded our expectations in every way. We had a complicated project—flat roof plus mansard roof—which meant lots of questions on our end. Chad was incredibly patient and responsive throughout, never making us feel like we were being a bother.
He kept us in the loop about timing and when the project would start. Once started, he checked in daily to keep us updated on progress and made sure everything was going according to plan. More importantly, he showed genuine care that we got the roof we wanted and were satisfied with the results.
There was a brief window of warmer weather in December, and they made it happen on time despite its complexity and having to deal with wood rot. Now we have a beautiful new roof that we're thrilled with.

JR & Co recently replaced all the roof shingles on my parents’ home, and they did an outstanding job from start to finish. Their team identified areas of rotted roof decking and took the time to repair everything correctly rather than taking shortcuts. The workmanship was excellent, the cleanup was thorough, and the price was very fair for the quality of service provided.

I have not had roofing done by these folks. However, one of their vans stopped behind me as I was struggling to get my tiny car up a snowy hill. One of their roofers got out and helped me move the car to a safer spot and get turned around 5/5 will be getting roof quotes from them when it's time
