Have been coming for years, every 2-3 weeks. App is great to check in and see the local wait times. Value is really good. Haircuts are mostly decent, with a periodic great one and a rare poor experience - like today, and thus, the four rather than five star. Nothing like having your stylist give you 3/4 of a cut, then roll her eyes at you when you ask her to do both sides with the trimmer (which seems obvious).

The women at this Great clips is very professional and gives me great haircuts for me. I have been coming to this location for years and they are the reason why. The Manager Julee keeps the shop running like a machine. It's clean and everyone greets you with a smile . I recommend this great clips to everyone that don't want the stress and wa to to feel like family.

The girls at this location are so fun and go above and beyond. I saw first hand how professional they have to be at times. The manager, Julie, kept her cool while being yelled at AND filmed by Thomas Donnelly (I only know his name because he left a review). He was listening to something on his phone with the volume up. Julie asked him to please turn it down a little. He turned it all the way up. She again said sorry, but he needs to turn his phone down. He said NO, I REFUSE in a loud aggressive manner so Julie told him she would have to refuse service. He came at her yelling and videotaping. Two of her stylists asked him to leave.
