Installation crew was very knowledgeable and realized the hardware was not compatible with my roof material. They sourced the correct hardware and got everything installed. Their attention to detail was greatly appreciated. My customer service representative and sales consultant, Shane, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was instrumental in clarifying my questions and making sure the experience was as smooth as possible.
Update to my initial review:Thus far, we have had nothing but great luck with EnergyONE. We specifically worked with Shane, who was excellent at coordinating all aspects of the install.Not too long after we installed the solar panels, we had a significant hail storm, which although the panels were undamaged, we did need a new roof, which required EnergyONE to uninstall and reinstall the panels, book ending the new roof being installed. There was a mix up with the correct phone number to contact for the uninstall/reinstall, so out of desperation, I reached back out to Shane. So different from meetings with other solar contractors. Moses was knowledgeable and customer oriented. We never felt any pressure or rushed into a hasty decision. We still have follow up questions before making our decision. We have another meet in in two weeks.
