This is the worst office I have ever encountered in life. Please don't go here, or let your loved ones go here. I have been trying for six weeks to get my father's doctor to sign his death certificate so that I can close his accounts, pay the funeral home, ect. Six weeks of purgatory, waiting in limbo for the doctor to do his job. The office manager will not return my call, or the funeral homes. Anytime you call the office, you are on hold for an hour, minimum. If this is their standard of care, no wonder my father is dead. Please do yourself and loved ones a favor and never deal with Encompass Medical Group.

I really like going here for care. Dr. Jabara is wonderful. He takes time to listen and offer suggestions. We just moved to KC and he is our new PCP. I wanted a DO specifically, as did my wife. He's hands-on and never rushes his patients.They are responsive with their portal online and also have a lab in house there for blood draws, etc. I am in-house very pleased with my experience and will continue seeing Dr. Jabara well into the future.

Terrible quality of care !! They don't even give you time to find a new dr when one dr retires. Even if you're permanently disabled and been since 2014 !! It's ok ENCOMPASS even though Dr.Thomas Allen has retired well guess what ? The office of civil rights seems to care and there even filing 2 reports. 1 for discrimination & the other for HIPPA !! So hope your piss poor management can now see how great you all aren't. Haha What ever you do please seek medical care from a place that cares and please people don't go to this nasty old place !! FIND CARE FROM SOME PLACE ELSE AND FROM A DR OFFICIALLY WHO CARES ABOUT THERE PATIENTS. THANK YOU.
