“I live out of state but visit Kansas City fairly frequently to see one of my best friends from college. She is a member at this gym and it has become a staple for her fitness. About a year ago I decided to try it and tried to put aside all of the cross fit stereotypes that can intimidate people into trying it. Since that time, I almost insist we do a class every time I visit now. This place has terrific coaches, friendly members, and a great atmosphere. The classes aren’t overcrowded and the place is very clean. But the best part is that each workout pushes you out of your comfort zone and you get the best workout for an hour. It has supplemented my running very well. If I lived here I would definitely become a member.”
