This place deserves a 0, not even a 1 star. It is a scam operation that tows cars illegally from apartment communities and charges exorbitant fees before releasing the vehicle. I have never heard of such an operation that preys on the poor. They towed my son's car illegally and caused extensive damage to his front end, then charged over $400 for him to get his car back. They are in cahoots with a sorry apartment complex that rents to the poor. This company needs to be shut down.

Just wanted to put the LAW that they talk so much about in their review replies on here. You must accept credit card under the law. Also I was told that they “have no change” when I went to pick up my car with cash. Legally you must have change. Will be reported.Reply answer: That is funny because you never got my name, my credit card, or my info. Because it wasn't registered to the car. My mom picked the car up. Sorry you got caught in a lie, but I will be there tomorrow with the police and the laws so that you will pay me.
