My car got towed for expired tags in my apartment complex. Never had to deal with this before so naturally I was nervous and stressed. I went to pick up my car and pay the fee(cash only) and it was so easy. The woman in there was such an Angel to me, and made everything so easy. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I wish good things for the lady that was so kind and amazing to me. She gave amazing customer service. Best of luck to this business and everyone who goes to them.
Friendly, Convenient, Local, Competitive Pricing.I contacted my insurance provider for roadside towing. They called a different tow service, I waited an hour and a half, only for them to cancel because they couldn't locate me. I called Arrow, and they found me and had my vehicle loaded in 25 minutes total.The driver was very friendly, and my father had a connection to the drivers family unbeknownst to us until after the driver had delivered me to my mechanic. It's truly a small world.
