Chris did an excellent job on a very faded/lifted fine line tattoo I had done out of the country 6 months prior. I appreciated his honesty and how we approached our discussion around the challenging location and what I could expect from expanding the lines. As we discussed the good and bad possibilities of updating my foot tattoo, he was kind and easy to get along with. He was also very respectful of my anxiety, and checked in with me throughout the process. Mike was finishing up an amazing fine line tattoo while I was there. I would happily go back to the shop to see Chris or Mike!

Scott did a great job with my forearm tattoo. His line work is fantastic, and my tattoo came out even better than what I had hoped for. I highly recommend this place - nice guys, talented artists, and reasonable prices

I’ve been to several shops in KC with other people etc because I’m obsessed with the art form, but Done-Rite is where I insist on getting mine. This shop really stands on it’s own. They’re good people, true professionals, and do solid work. I always get a kick out of people asking me where I get my tattoos b/c they look like they’re “done right”. They’re aptly named.Mike D is an amazing artist, he’s taken my vague & scattered ideas and wound them together on the fly into a sleeve that is beyond anything I imagined.
