Got spray tan for me and my bridesmaids for my wedding and none of us were disappointed! Everyone’s colour was fantastic and didn’t smudge after showering. My tan lasted almost a week. Chloe gave great advice or prep before our tan and care after. She was so accommodating for us all having different schedules and having to change around appointments. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you so so much for keeping 4 girls very happy!x

My appointment was cancelled 3 hours on the day of due to construction. This seems like a reason that could have been forseen. Very unprofessional.Also if you try to call her she does not pick up, her voicemail box is full, and she doesn't call you back!

I cannot comment on the massage and facial services however the wax service was erratic. She has done a 6-8month course and the lack of experience and skill is evident- from applying the wax and pulling the strip in random directions to not having essential items like post wax cream/oil available. She has a nice and friendly persona however without skill it only gets you so far. I sincerely wish her all the best in life and career.

Worst wax i have ever received. Extremely painful and she left a lot of hair and wax behind. Very inexperienced and I question her training.

Lifted skin, wiped back to front, told her I didn't want anything at the very top removed and she did anyways, didn't finish the back. Very painful and I've been waxed dozens of times. Sweet girl, but whoever trained her should retire.

I bought a Groupon for two facials with Chloe. I really wanted to enjoy the experience, but it turned out to be more hassle than it was worth. Chloe cancelled my first two appointments for 1) construction noise and 2) a bird that flew into he building. I was skeptical about these reasons for cancellation until finally, on my third appointment, I saw the building. It's an old warehouse in the west bottoms and I now think the reasons were legitimate. While I love old buildings, it should be noted this one leaves a lot to be desired. Not renovated and definitely not ADA friendly. However, Chloe's individual room was beautiful. Generally, I was pleased with how my first facial went. However, on my second Groupon facial appointment, Chloe didn't even show up. I waited for 10 minutes with no cancellation notice or anything. I'm really disappointed because Chloe is a sweet lady and though young, I was impressed how she built a business from the bottom up. I was rooting for her, but this lack of professionalism and proper business management is a turn off. I doubt I will even use my second Groupon and can't in good conscious write a good review. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a facial.

I have tried twice to schedule a massage here, first for April 5th and the second for today. Coincidentally, both appointments were scheduled on a Friday at 3pm. The first massage was canceled 1.25 hours before the appointment and the second was canceled 1.75 hours before the appointment by Chloe via text. The reasoning was for "construction noise."
I appreciate that she wanted me to have "the most lux spa experience," however both massages were scheduled at the end of particularly stressful weeks and the short time frame in which they were canceled is unacceptable. Additionally, rather than ask if I wanted to cancel the decision was made for me. My preference would have been to keep the appointment despite the noise given that my main objective was the physical aspect of the massage rather than the mediation part.
When I responded to the text I received today about the canceled massage, the read receipt indicated that the text message was read but I did not receive a response. I had to end our communication, indicating that I would not reschedule.

Chloe did my Brazilian wax and she did an excellent job. She was fast, kind, and best of all patient with me! I had not gotten one for about 2 years. I am a baby when it comes to pain but she was very soothing. The ambiance of her studio is relaxing, clean and welcoming. I will definitely be back!

I have nothing bad at all to say about this lovely woman and her services! I just had my first ever massage with Chloe and she made everything so comfortable, calm, and made me feel right at home. The space is soooo cozy and chic. She was very personable and sweet throughout the whole process and her massage oils smell heavenly ?? will definitely be recommending her to all of my Kansas City friends. Going back for a facial next time!
