Dekota did an amazing job, showed and explained everything. Good conversationalist and very professional. Showed us the spots and what he does to get them out! Noticeable difference!! Very happy with his service.

I manage over 100 properties. I call in Chem-Dry to clean carpets that most people would say or beyond cleaning. It is amazing the job that they do. I would highly recommend them and I use them at least monthly at different properties. The staff are on time and very professional.

This place is A-1 in our books! We bought a new 8x10 wool area rug, but when it arrived, it had an awful odor, and we'd tried what was recommended, but nothing worked, so I called them (Kansas City, Mo location) and talked with Gil. He offered all their services, and then decided he needed to discuss this situation with Tech support, and it was unusual. He said he couldn't guarantee the results, but wanted to help. In the end, he was HONEST!! What a wonderful quality in a business, and hard to find!
