Technician was not helpful. We paid for an upholstery cleaning with the pet urine removal treatment. Now our couch just smells like pet urine plus chemicals. Did not help the problem at all.

I manage over 100 properties. I call in Chem-Dry to clean carpets that most people would say or beyond cleaning. It is amazing the job that they do. I would highly recommend them and I use them at least monthly at different properties. The staff are on time and very professional.

This place is A-1 in our books! We bought a new 8x10 wool area rug, but when it arrived, it had an awful odor, and we'd tried what was recommended, but nothing worked, so I called them (Kansas City, Mo location) and talked with Gil. He offered all their services, and then decided he needed to discuss this situation with Tech support, and it was unusual. He said he couldn't guarantee the results, but wanted to help. In the end, he was HONEST!! What a wonderful quality in a business, and hard to find! The rug cannot be fixed, and said "sadly it's a landfill item" due to the fact it was made overseas, and the backing was hazardous. He could have taken the money to try and fix it, but said it was be a waste of our money and time. Thank you Gil!!

I put in my request for service on a Sunday never got a call to confirm even though they promise to call within 24 hours. I called them on a Tuesday they promised to be out the next day on a Wednesday at 200pm. 215pm came I called because the tech had not shown up. I was told they would check in the field to see where the tech was and call back. That was 9 days ago today. I'm not for sure if the tech is still alive or if the business no longer exist. Glad I didnt pay for anything in advance.
