Hired him as a third party to repair a tenants track light. Caused so much confusion with tenant due to his lack of commitment with scheduling. Then tried to threaten a lien on property due to his lack of communication during the repair. The 2 star is for him being able to repair the track light in the 20-30 minutes he was there when he finally showed up.

Christian came in told us what needed to be fixed and kept us in the loop along the way. He put in a 220 outlet for a window unit air conditioner and also installed the air conditioner. Christian is awesome, I own a home built in 1956 and we needed to address electrical upgrades/issues. He walked me through all the work being done, he constantly communicated on things that he was doing and educated me in many things electrical without making me feel like I knew nothing. He found issues with existing wiring as he did the work and fixed them per code without extra charging me. He is well priced and for a 1 man team right now he did great meeting timeline.
