Overall, I have had a good experience with Celebrate Dental & Braces. The doctors provide quality care, and many of the staff members are kind and professional. I appreciate the work they do.
However, I believe the clinic should improve its appointment rescheduling policy. Life is unpredictable, and patients may need to reschedule because of work, illness, family emergencies, accidents, or other unexpected situations. Patients should not have to wait another six weeks simply because they need to change an appointment. While it is important to respect the doctors’ schedules, the clinic should also consider the needs of the community they serve.
I believe the office should keep some emergency or flexible appointment times available for patients who have legitimate reasons for rescheduling. Healthcare should balance the providers’ schedules with the realities that patients face every day.
I also think phone communication could be more consistent. Some staff members are very friendly, patient, and helpful, while others seem rushed and unwilling to listen or explore possible solutions. Every patient deserves to be treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism.
I am sharing this feedback because I want to see this clinic continue to improve. The quality of dental care is very good, but greater flexibility with scheduling and more compassionate customer service would make the overall experience excellent.

I was very pleased with the dentist that placed the permanent crowns. He was kind, professional and efficient in completing the task. I would recommend him.

This is Paisleas mom writing this. We have never had a problem at celebrate but yesterday 6/23/2026 I had 2 kids scheduled at the same as I always do since they both have braces. They completely looked over Paislea and kept going on with other appointments. They kind of got testy when I brought up that Paislea had not been yet. They did finally see her but I have never felt so upset at how they acted that THEY looked over Paislea.

This is an updated review. Previously, several years ago, I had a pretty bad experience here, but I returned for an emergency visit, twice recently. The first was fine, uneventful. This second most recent time was the best encounter with a dentist I've ever had. Since it was an emergency I don't know the dentist's name, but I got the emergency appointment on 6/18 thanks to a root canal getting canceled for him. A very patient guy, him and his assistant were 100% the best I've ever encountered. He explained everything as it was going on. Used the names of what he was using on me. Gave me a recommendation to prevent the emergency from happening again, that I had never been told when it's been relevant to me for a very long time (use a night guard if you have more than 2 crowns). The assistant was so attentive making sure I was comfortable, checking in often, and she actually never made me gag which is an achievement no other dental assistant can claim. Since it was a relatively simple fix, and I had the original work done here, this particular dentist didn't even charge me to fix it this time. And, I should also point out the girl at the front desk managed to figure out my new insurance anyways. Everyone I interacted with this past visit was wonderful, but that dentist and his assistant were truly amazing, and have made me far less afraid to go to the dentist again.

I love the dental hygienist there...she is great! This new Dr is wanting to update 2 of my crowns which I agree with yet they r both 900 a piece! Who has that kinda $
