We had been thinking about having a new HVAC system installed. Talked to MItzi at Buckner's. She was very helpful and helped us decide what was best for our house. Max, Caleb and Ricardo came out to install the new furnace and Air conditioner. They were very professional and friendly. Answered all are questions and concerns. Very happy with the work.
Also had a water heater and water softener installed. Malcolm, Kyle and Gideon came out. They were also very professional and knowledgeable. Both jobs were completed quickly and in a timely manner. Would highly recommend Buckner's.
Malcolm with Buckners heating and cooling and plumbing came to our office today to resolve two plumbing issues. He was timely, courteous and efficient. He answered all my questions and provided sound advice. I wholeheartedly recommend Buckners heating and cooling and plumbing. Ask for Malcom!
I have had Buckner’s install a new HVAC system and hot water heater in my house in the spring of 2020 and now in my townhouse. Both times the service was excellent! The old A/C died in August 2024 so I chose to replace the HVAC and hot water heater with higher efficiency and better-quality units. All the people at Buckners were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Tim Ruth, Mitzi Smith, Nick, Caleb C. and Malcolm Kelley were outstanding!
